Produktivitas merupakan hal yang penting di dalam suatu perusahaan karena perannya sebagai tolak ukur
laba atau rugi di dalam suatu perusahaan. Faktor yang berperan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja antara
lain etos kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh
etos kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan PT.XYZ. Subjek
dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 karyawan yang merupakan seluruh karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala etos kerja, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, dan produktivitas
kerja. Data yang terkumpul diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan analisis regresi linier
berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh
terhadap produktivitas kerja (p <0.05). PT. XYZ disarankan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dengan
meningkatkan etos kerja karyawan dan menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of marketing expense and
brand portfolio diversity of the takeover companies on the takeover brand value of the company. The two
variables were chosen because the brand of the company is a differentiator seen from the point of view of
the community. The brand identity of the company as understood by the community is certainly
communicated by the company in the form of marketing and from the company's portfolio brand. The
sample used in this study are all companies that carry out mergers and acquisitions and are registered with
the Business Competition Supervisory Commission and the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2013.
The statistical significance test method is used in analyzing hypotheses related to the effect of merger and
acquisition actions on brand value . The results of this study indicate that the takeover company with a
high portfolio brand when conducting mergers and acquisitions will have a negative influence on the
takeover company brand value.

applies make to order production strategy. This production strategy makes the Production Planning
and Inventory Control (PPIC) Division, the one who make the production planning, must have the
efficient planning strategy. The program that PPIC Division use this time doesn’t really efficient,
because of the big memory of the used program. The use of macro and Visual Basic Application (VBA)
will reduce the memory of the program. The analyzing that has been done is comparing the memory
between the new program and the old program. The old simulation program has 4657 KB as its
memory, while the new program has 558 KB as its memory. The old planning program has 7969 KB as
its memory, while the new program has 297 KB as its memory. The old monitoring program has 2906
KB as its memory, while the new program has 101 KB as its memory. The guide book has been made
for further development of the program, which will make the easier development process for the
program.

Taxes are very important for financial of the state, and this applies to tax revenues. The
achievement of current tax revenue is currently not optimal. One of the efforts made by the government is
to provide tax knowledge through a special education for accounting students will be a taxpayer figure.
Knowledge of taxes provided through this education can change the mindset and encourage students to be
more positive and able to generate positive tax behavior in carrying out tax obligations in the future. This
study is using three factors in measuring student taxation behavior, which are taxation literacy, college
education, and internship experience. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of
taxation literacy, college education, and internship experience on indications of tax behavior of accounting
students in Surabaya. Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling method with 160
respondents. The results of this study indicate that literacy taxation and internship experience do not affect
tax behavior, while college education affects the tax behavior of accounting students in Surabaya
