ANALISIS KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PADA PT. SEMEN INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk PABRIK TUBAN JAWA TIMUR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BEHAVIOR BASED SAFETY (BBS) DAN HAZARD IDENTIFICATION, RISK ASSESSMENT AND RISK CONTROL (HIRARC)

Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Tuban, East Java Factory producing cement with a capacity of 9 000.000 tons/year, through many processes that are prepared starting from preparation of raw materials in the area of the mine, the process of making cement in the crusher, the raw mill, coal mill, preheater & klin, finishing mill and packing process in packer. The issues facing the company employee action is not secure in his job which can potentially work accidents. The purpose of this research was to analyze BBS (Behavior Based Safety) and HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) on the company. BBS is a preventive effort that focuses on accident risk behaviour, the behaviour of the dangers that can be open in conditions of danger. HIRARC is one of the ways to identify potential dangers in any kind of job. Step on HIRARC starting with how to identify hazards, assess the hazards that have been identified and then controlling the dangers that exist. Based on the results of the research were obtained 18 job that has a source of danger and control is done differently. In terms of the safety of PT. Semen Indonesia especially in the packer has some drawbacks, namely in the use of the APD behaves.
