dc.description.abstract | Sailing is one of the emerging service industries today. PT. XYZ is one of
the shipping industry that has ISO 9001:2015 certificate in 2016. Problem faced
by the company thas it the time required to do the stuffing process takes two hours
with an employee of 8 people.
The method that used in this research is BPR method. BPR is an analysis,
design process, and work flow within organization. Data collection was obtained
from interview activities. The data that been obtained will be changed using the
BPR method.
The results of the analysis showed that there are 13 potential processes to be
repaired. Methods for determining the application of BPR to potentially revamped
processes by eliminating the process of 3 processes, reducing the number of
human resources by 8 people, and merging 10 processes. | en_US |
