ANALISIS WORKFLOW SALES ORDER PADA CV. JS MENGGUNAKAN SYSTEM DYNAMIC ARENA

Abstract

The development of industry because of globalization impact on companies in Indonesia. One of the impact of this industry development is the increasingly tight competition between companies with each other. CV. JS is a company that has a sales order that is less than optimal because of the business competition. Research using simulation method with ARENA software is done to perform sales order analysis CV. JS. Data collection is done by using primary data in the form of direct observation and secondary data which is review of library and company data. The data has been collected and then processed with input analyzer and simulated into ARENA software. The results of the simulation show that system integration improves system performance from 1% to 14%. The simulation results are conducted to determine the system improvement strategy to generate optimal sales order.
