dc.description.abstractTechnology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a model that provides an explanation of the determination of acceptance of information technology in General, gives an explanation of the behavior /attitude of the user in a population. Model TAM describes in further detail the acceptance of information technology with the specific dimensions that can easily affect the admissibility of information technology by end user (user). This model puts the attitude factor from each user's behavior with the four variables i.e. perception of ease of use (perceived ease of use), the perception of benefit (perceived usefulness), attitudes towards the use of the (attitude toward using), and a tendency to keep using the behavior (behavioral intention to use). This research aimed to get information about the acceptance of the application of social media on SMEs in the Kludan Village Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Data collection is done by spreading the research questionnaire, while processing data using IBM SPSS Statistics V22. The research results obtained is that the variable benefit perception and attitudes towards the use of social media to effect significant against the perceived performance of social media users on SMEs. However, the relevance of the information needs of the variable has no effect against the perceived performance for the use of social media in worken_US
