Abstract
Technological developments develop so rapidly especially in the field of information technology and Artificial Intellegence so the creation of Humanoid Robot. With the presence of Humanoid Robot can replace the human function in doing jobs that had been only natural man can do. Examples of work that can be done by Humanoid Robot, among others: customer service, receptionist, sales service, purchasing service and many more things that can be done. With the intelligence possessed by the Humanoid Robot may also be a board of a legal entity that represents the legal entity in performing legal acts. In the stewardship of legal entity (legal entity) known functional daderschap. In functional daderschap talk about functional actions, functional responsibilities and functional criminal sanctions. In the functional functionality of legal action by Humanoid Robot is identified as a corporate act, where Humanoid Robot is controlled by the programmer. And the underlying principles of functional responsibility are: strict liability, vicarious liability, identification, delegation and respondeat superior. In the criminal law which speaks of deelneming, human programmer as manus domina (intellectual actor) and Humanoid Robot as manus ministra.
