PENGARUH ETOS KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. SARI MAKMUR TUNGGAL MANDIRI GRESIK
Abstract
Productivity is one of the most important results in a company because of its role as a
benchmark of profit or loss within a company. Job productivity variables are a very
interesting and important issue, as evidenced by the benefits received by employees
and companies. In achieving work productivity required factors that achieve the
occurrence of labor productivity, in this study, researchers chose work ethos and
transactional leadership style. The purpose of this research is to know the influence
of work ethos and transactional leadership style to work productivity at employees of
PT. Sari Makmur Tunggal Mandiri. Subjects in this study are 58 employees who are
all permanent employees of staff. The method used is quantitative method by using
work ethic scale, transactional leadership style, and work productivity which yield
reliability value> 0,06. The collected data was tested using simple regression. The
result shows that work ethic has an effect on work productivity with R Square value
equal to 0,76 and p value <0.05 is 0,037. Transactional leadership style also has an
effect on work productivity with R Square value of 0104 and p value <0,05 is 0,014.
Employees already have a work ethic, leadership style, and work productivity are
quite good.
