dc.description.abstractWith the unpredictable business environment and intense business competition, the companies are required to reach certain standards by improving their performance to align with such great demands. This study was conducted in order to find out about factors that affecting employees performance at PT. SAF Indonusa. This research described the effect of Manager’s Attitude, Job Stress, Job Design, Rewards towards Employee Performance at PT. SAF Indonusa. Forty Five employees of PT. SAF Indonusa answered questionnaire. Four hypothesis were analyzed using the multiple regression models. The result of this study showed that Manager’s Attitude and Rewards have insignificant effect on Employee Performance, while Job Stress and Job Design have significant effect on Employee Performance. The first recommendation for PT. SAF Indonusa was to decrease Job Stress by giving time management training and having a demonstration product to a community annually. Second recommendation is to increase Job Design by giving more variety of works for the employeeen_US
