Analisis Perpindahan Pengguna Moda Angkutan Umum (Lyn JSP) ke Moda Komuter Supor (Surabaya – Porong) dengan Menggunakan Metode Logit Biner Selisih Waktu dan Biaya

Abstract

Indonesia started to developed largely Mass Rapid Transportation (MRT) line, such as Commuter Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). The Commuter Line has been operated in almost cities in Java Island, among other, on Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, and Yogyakarta. Especially on Surabaya, The Commuter Line has been operating is known as Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line. Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line is operated to serve people of Surabaya and Sidoarjo, with Surabaya Kota as initial station and Porong as final station. The distance between Surabaya Kota and Porong Station around 30 km. There are 16 stations exceed by Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line. Before Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line was operate to serve people of Surabaya and Sidoarjo, generally, they used public transportation, especially lynn JSP (Joyoboyo-Sidoarjo-Porong). The purpose of this research to know willingness to move from lynn JSP public transportation users to Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line after being operated. Method of collecting data on this research is an interview with lynn JSP public transportation users about their willingness to move to Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line with various alternative of cost and time values, then the result will be analyzed further by binary logit method. Result of this research indicate that probability of willingness to move from lynn JSP public transportation users to Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line around 54% without cost or time values diffrence between lynn JSP public transportation and Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line based on all of respondents. While probability of willingness to move from JSP public transportation users to Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line will be increase up to 72%, if cost of Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line cheaper Rp. 2000 than JSP public transportation without time value difference. Probability of willingness to move from JSP public transportation to Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line will be decrease until 34% if cost of Delta Ekspress (Supor) Commuter Line more expensive Rp. 2000 than JSP public transportation without time value difference.
