Abstract

Among any other Character development, Leadership is one of the most popular topic for education field. Education field is cultivating Leadership as character development through Student’s Council in high school level in Surabaya. Holistic approach is a new approach in Leadership that develops as evoluition of Leadership in this modern era. Student’s Council with Holistic approach would gives students balance competence in Analytical Domain, Conceptual Domain, Emotional Domain and Spiritual Domain. Holistic approach can be the solution for Private School in Surabaya to shape better leaders to build the nation in the future
