dc.description.abstract | The companies’s phenomenon generally happened and caused with
employee’s turnover rate. Based on interview with Human Resource and
Development of Cahaya Tirta Rasa Company, the highest rate of employee’s turnover
happened in Tea Corner’s Sales Promotion Girls’s turnover data in Surabaya.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Pay, Fringe Benefits,
Superiors, Peers, and Growth Needs, and the influence of Self Esteem against
Performance Intention. The expected benefits of this research is to increase the
repertoire of knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management, especially how
large the influence of Self Esteem so as to increase Performance Intention that will
eventually from the success of the company in the long run.
This study is causal. The method used is quantitative methods of processing
the data using AMOS 22.0. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to 146 Tea
Corner’s Sales Promotion Girls in Surabaya.
The result showed that Pay significantly affect to Self Esteem with coefficient
regression of 0,399 and C.R. 4,159; Fringe Benefits significantly affect to Self Esteem
with coefficient regression of 0,202 and C.R. 2,530; Superiors significantly affect to
Self Esteem with coefficient regression of 0,268 and C.R. 3,312; Peers significantly
affect to Self Esteem with coefficient regression of 0,307 and C.R. 3,666; Growth
Needs significantly affect to Self Esteem with coefficient regression of 0,376 and C.R.
