PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI DINAS KEHUTANAN PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA, MANADO
Abstract
In general, Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Manado is an
agency that deals with forestry-related matters both in conserving, safeguarding,
or securing forests. The leadership style produced by leaders from the North
Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Office will vary with each fields because each field
has a different work system.
This study is aimed to find out how the influence of leadership style on
employee performance in the North Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Service,
Manado.
The sample used in this study is the respondents ranging in age from 18-57
years totaling 90 respondents. For data processing and analyzing data in this
study, using statistical products and service solutions (SPSS) with software to
process data. The results of the analysis show that statistical products and service
solutions (SPSS) with software 22.0 as software for processing data.
The empirical findings identify that the relationship between the
Democratic Leadership Style has an effect on Employee Performance with a
regression coefficient of -0.075. Autocratic leadership style has an influence on
employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.476. Participatory
Leadership Style has an influence on Employee Performance with a regression
coefficient of 0.590. Democratic Leadership Style, Autocratic Leadership Style,
and Participatory Leadership Style have an influence on Employee Performance
with a regression coefficient of 0.990
