Abstract
The construction industry is one of the industrial fields that has many strong resources. One of the construction companies is PT Dwi Martha Jaya in Surabaya. In gaining trust to work on various types of construction projects, both government and private institutions. Creating sustainability with growth that enhances professional human resources or high employees. To be able to survive in this competition, PT Dwi Martha Jaya needs to increase the factors forming employee relations that will affect the Organizational Commitment. This study was shown to analyze the influence of leadership variables, organizational justice, compensation and allowances, work policies and procedures, training and development on employee involvement in an effort to improve organizational commitment. The sample used in this research is permanent employee of PT Dwi Martha Jaya and has been working >1 year. For processing and analyzing data in this research that is by using SPSS 22.0 as software to process data. The results of this study show that Compensation and Benefits with a variable that only has a significant influence of Employee Engagement among other variables with t sig. amounting to 0.033 <t sig. 0.05. In addition, it is known that Employee Engagement also has a significant influence on Organizational Commitment with tigig. amounting to 0.012 <t sig. 0.05. Based on the data processing, the final result shows that there are two (2) hypotheses that have significant effect, and 4 (four) the remaining hypothesis has no significant effect. Compensation and Benefits are very important to increase Employee Engagement in PT Dwi Martha Jaya in Surabaya. The step that can be taken by PT Dwi Martha Jaya is that it needs to focus on paying attention to at the same time improving the design of Compensation and Benefits. Recommendation for subsequent research is to test again with research model with same model but by using other family company, research sample use employee characteristic with higher education, and use same model but use company which is not family company
