Abstract
Construction plays an important role to the economy development because the construction associated with the provision of infrastructure for the community so in creating a qualified and competent, company needed human resources management within a company. PT. Etika Darmakonserens is one of the companies engaged in the field of contractors, coal mining and construction materials providers who have worked on several private and national projects. To survive in this competition, PT. Etika Darmakonserens need to improve Employee Performance. This study aims to determine how the influence of Procedural Justice on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction. The expected benefit of this research is to increase management knowledge, especially how big the influence of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction so as to improve Employee Performance that will ultimately improve Employee Performance of PT. Etika Darmakonserens. This research is a causal research. The research method used is quantitative method with data processing using SPSS. Data collection was done by spreading questionnaire to 57 respondents with characteristic of male and female respondents who have education from high school to S2 and have work experience more than 1 year in PT. Etika Darmakonserens. The results showed that Procedural Justice significantly influence Organizational Commitment with regression coefficient of 0.544; Procedural Justice has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction with regression coefficient of 0.413; Organizational Commitment significantly influence Employee Performance with regression coefficient of 0.418; Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on Employee Performance with regression coefficient of 0.311
