PENGARUH WORK FAMILY CONLFICT TERHADAP WORK STRES DAN PENGARUH WORK STRES TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DAN EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PADA PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT DARMO DI SURABAYA
Abstract
Work Family Conflict is one of the most frequent conflicts in almost every
organization, if this conflict is not addressed immediately by the company then its
impact will result in the organization becoming difficult to develop. Here are
some of the impacts of Work Family Conflict that is the occurrence of work stress,
and on the impact of Work Stress is the employees intend to get out of the
organization or impact on the performance of the employee itself and on this
occasion the researcher conducted a study to determine the effect of Work Family
Conflict against Job Stress and Job Stress on the Meaning of Organization and
Employee Performance at Darmo Hospital Nurse in Surabaya. Respondents in
this study amounted to 100 nurses of male and female sex, with an average age
between 21 years to over 50 years, and either married or single. The results of
this study show that: (1) Work Family Conflict have positive and significant effect
on Stress. (2) Stress has positive but not significant effect on Turnover Intention.
(3) Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance. Testing
of path analysis showed that Work Family Conflict had positive and significant
effect on Turnover Intention through Stress and other path analysis showed Work
Family Conflict had positive and significant effect on Employee Performance
through Stress media
