Abstract
Self Acceptance is one's ability to confront problems and pressures in positive ways by using the power and potential . This study aims to draw out the picture of an adopted child's stream of self acceptance or how his self acceptance is sculpted through obstacles and pressures. The subject is a man whose in adulthood stage and still working while being actively ministring as a servant on a church. This study using qualitative approach with study case design. The technique used in study to collect the data was an interview. The data was analyzed by tematic technique to integrated several themes of the collect data process. So, it could be draw out the whole picture of an adopted child's stream of self acceptance. This study found that subject as an adopted child was full accepted his self through any aspect of self acceptance like openness, psychology condition, and social adjustment. The positive effect felt by the subject in his self and social adjustment is also shown by subject life changing. Spiritual experience, parenting, positive support system, self understanding, and subject religiosity be the whole factor of subject self acceptance as an adopted child. The result of this study can be a guidance for every parents who will adopted a child to understand the processes of adoption children and deal with them
