changes in the business environment and be able to achive common goals.
Organizational citizenship behavior is an interesting issues because It relates to the
attitude of employees who contribute beyond the role in the company. In achieving
organizational citizenship behavior, this research uses factors that influence
organizational citizenship behavior. This research uses transformational leadership
and job satisfaction variables as factors that influence organizational citizenship
behavior. This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership
and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of PT. X in
Pandaan Pasuruan. This research uses quantitative methods, using questionnaire to
collect data. Subjects in this research were 60 employees of PT. X. The reliability
level of organizational citizenship behavior scale is 0.911, transformational
leadership scale is 0.868, and job satisfaction scale is 0.911. The results of the t-test
showed a significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational
citizenship behavior (t = 7,573, p = 0,000, p <0,05) and job satisfaction on
organizational citizenship behavior (t = 11,046, p = 0,000, p < 0.05). Regression test
results of transformational leadership and job satisfaction showed significant results
(p = 0,000, p <0,05) with R Square value of 71,7%. Based on the results of this study,
the company is expected to sustain the transformational leadership style and job
satisfaction so that employees can maintain the behavior of organizational citizenship
