Abstract
Abstract — Organizational culture refers to the beliefs and values that have existed in an organization for a long time, and will influence their attitudes and behavior towards working. This crosssectional study focused on D’Season Hotel Surabaya; 60 questionnaires were distributed and analyzed using Partial Least Square method. The study found that organizational culture is significantly related to leadership behavior and job satisfaction; leadership behavior is significantly related to job satisfaction
