The rapid development of manufacturing industry requires companies to
continue to survive and develop (Heizer & Render, 2009). Human resources is
one of the key factors in global competition (Bling Community, 2008).
Organizational Commitment is important in the company because When
employees have a high Organizational Commitment to the company then
employees believe and accept the goals of the company and will not leave the
company (Mathis and Jackson in Sopiah (2008)). According to Ismail and Razak
(2016), Organizational Commitment is formed by Job Satisfaction. According to
Sarwar, and Abugre (2013), Reward forms Job Satisfaction employees but
unfortunately the existence of unions can affect employee satisfaction in the

unions has a negative and significant impact on Job Satisfaction.
