dc.description.abstractChildren are one of the people who need special protection, because of their inability to face a problem, children often face being objects of abuse or crime in the society. In reality, not all children can get basic human rights optimally. There are still a lot of children whose basic rights are denied by people who aren’t responsible. They put aside the child’s basic rights for their own gain or a corporation’s gain which is in the form of child workers. The purpose of this final paper is to understand what rights child workers get when they are employed by a firecracker company in Tangerang and the provisions a company should fulfill to be able to employ a child according to Peraturan Perundang-undangan Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. The results of this analysis show that the company has broken the laws that are stated in Peraturan Perundang-undangan Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Therefore, the company that produces firecrackers should be given punishment according to the laws of Indonesiaen_US
