dc.description.abstractThe banking world is very dependent on customers who will save their funds in banks and who borrow funds from banks, because customers are important factor in the banking business. To get these customers, a trust based on the principle of prudence that can be held accountable by the bank to its customers is needed, and a good and healthy management system is needed so that the bank's operation can be in accordance with the expectations and objectives set forth in the Banking Law. This is intended to avoid risks that might occur, for example, customer funds that are lost suddenly due to abuse of authority by the directors. The purpose of writing that I raise from this material is to find out and analyze how the accountability of banks to customer funds lost due to abuse of authority by the directors. Based on the results of the study, financial service providers must be responsible and responsible for losses suffered by customers, this is regulated in article 28,29,30 POJK Law No. 1 of 2013 and articles 51 and 52 of the Banking Law which of the articles -the article explains that there are restrictions and orders that are violated by PT PMB on its customers.en_US
