dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze Human Capital Management, Structural Capital and Relational Capital in PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sidomuncul Semarang which is in the stage of maturity. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. Data collected by using in-depth interviews with top managements in the firm and supported by observation and data documentation. The results in this research indicate that, overall management and development of IC components in PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sidomuncul Semarang has been well prepared. Elements of human capital and relational capital continuously being manage and develop in order to create sustainability, and be developed as a whole things. Structural elements support the optimization of the company perfomance, but company had their lack of attention to the aspects of intellectual property. The utilization of IC information can relate and support the company’s business strategy in maintaining the company's competitive advantages and create sustainability for companies in the stage of maturityen_US
