dc.description.abstract | The development of the creative economy industry in Indonesia is increasing rapidly. Music is something that cannot be separated from human’s life and the music industry in Indonesia can become a promising industry in the millennial era. There are many ways to advance the music industry, but one of them is to held a music concerts. In Indonesia, many people who understand that music concerts can provide positive tourism and economics.
This research aims to find out how the influence of Social Benefit, Social Cost, Access Quality, Venue Quality, Event towards Revisit Intention through Satisfaction. The expected benefits from this research is adding to the treasury of knowledge in the field of management especially how great the influence of six variables which increase repurchase intention that will eventually lead to revisit on Djakarta Warehouse Project event.
This research is a causal research. The research method used is the quantitative method with data processing using AMOS. Data collection was done by giving questionnaires to 140 respondents with the characteristics of male, female and third gender respondents aged 18-60 years, who has ever been to Djakarta Warehouse Project event.
The results showed that Social Benefit with regression coefficient of 0.164 positive but not significantly affect Satisfaction, Social Cost with regression coefficient of 0.155 positive and significantly affect Satisfaction, Access Quality with regression coefficient of 0.011 positive but not significantly affect Satisfaction, Venue Quality with regression coefficient of 0.038 positive but not significantly affect Satisfaction, Event Quality with regression coefficient of 0.890 positive and significantly affect Satisfaction, Satisfaction with regression coefficient of 0.936 positive and significantly affect Revisit Intention. | en_US |
