ANALISIS VARIABEL-VARIABEL YANG MEMPENGARUHI EMPOWERMENT, PARTICIPATION, WORKING CONDITION, REWARD, RECOGNITION, TEAM WORK TERHADAP JOB SATISFACTION DAN PADA AKHIRNYA JOB LOYALTY KARYAWAN RUMAH SAKIT GIGI DAN MULUT NALA HUSADA DI SURABAYA
Abstract
With the continued development of the dental health service system in Indonesia, it
is very important for the community to get the best dental health services from competent
medical practitioners. Nala Husada Dental Hospital in Surabaya is one of the public service
providers in the health sector. Dental Hospital is demanded to provide high quality services
with adequate facilities, in accordance with the development of medical science and
technology. In the health service industry, human resources are the most important assets,
especially in hospitals, because they move and direct the organization and maintain and
develop the organization in various demands of society and times. In order to motivate human
resources, increase work performance, be highly disciplined, and be loyal in supporting the
goals of Nala Husada Dental Hospital, the maintenance function absolutely receives attention
from the hospital.
This study aims to determine how the influence of empowerment, participation,
working conditions, reward, recognition, team work on job loyalty through job satisfaction.
The expected benefit of this research is to increase the repertoire of knowledge in the field of
management, especially how much influence job satisfaction has so that it increases job loyalty
which will ultimately improve service performance for employees at Nala Husada Dental
Hospital Surabaya.
This research is a causal study. The research method used is a quantitative method by
processing data using SPSS. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to
32 respondents with the characteristics of all permanent employees at Nala Husada Dental
Hospital Surabaya who had worked for more than 1 year.
The results showed that the empowerment variable had a significant effect on job
satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.194; participation variable significantly influence
job satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.268; variable working condition has a
significant effect on job satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.199; reward variable
does not significantly influence job satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.070; variable
recognition has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.259;
team work variables significantly influence job satisfaction with a regression coefficient of
0.184; and job satisfaction variables significantly influence job loyalty with a regression
coefficient of 0.780
