It is accordance with the "go green" concept and it has been initiated by several environmental activists. Environmental problems are very complex, from forest damage, environmental damage, to the litter issues. Littering issues are often found in big cities. This study aims to test the feasibility of the PT Indo Mitra Niaga business development in developing business in waste management. Feasibility testing is conducted based on marketing, operations, human resources, and finance aspects. This study uses business plan development methodology.
