Pengaruh konsep diri dan perilaku kepatuhan terhadap stres kerja polisi di Polres x

Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan suatu keadaan yang timbul dalam interaksi di antara manusia dengan pekerjaan. Stres kerja polisi adalah tekanan yang dihadapi seorang polisi dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja salah satunya adalah konsep diri. Konsep diri merupakan gambaran mental individu yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, pengharapan dan penilaian tentang diri sendiri. Faktor lain yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja pada Polisi adalah aturan atau perintah yang harus dipatuhi. Perilaku kepatuhan tersebut merupakan jenis perilaku sosial, ketika seseorang mematuhi permintaan orang lain karena adanya otoritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri dan perilaku kepatuhan terhadap stres kerja Polisi di Polres X. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang Polisi di Polres X. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian untuk menjawab hipotesis pertama menunjukan bahwa konsep diri berpengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,514 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000. Hal ini menjelaskan terdapat pengaruh dari konsep diri sebesar 51,4%. Hasil penelitian untuk menjawab hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepatuhan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,723 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000. Hal ini menjelaskan terdapat pengaruh dari perilaku kepatuhan sebesar 72,3%. Hasil penelitian untuk menjawab hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri dan perilaku kepatuhan berpengaruh secara simultan dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,735 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000. Hal ini menjelaskan terdapat pengaruh dari konsep diri dan perilaku kepatuhan sebesar 73,5%. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa 63% memiliki stres kerja rendah, 65% memiliki konsep diri yang positif, dan 69% memiliki perilaku kepatuhan yang tinggi. Polisi di Polres X diharapkan untuk terus mempertahankan konsep diri yang positif dan tingkat perilaku kepatuhan yang tinggi sehingga dapat menurunkan stres kerja / Work stress is a situation that arises in interaction between humans and work. Obedience behavior is a type of social behavior, when a person obeyed the request of other people because of authority. This research was made to know the effect of self concept and obedience behavior on police work stress at the Polres X. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and giving out questonnaire to all 100 police at Polrex X. This quantitative research was analyzed using the simple linear regression and multiple linear regression technique. The hypothesis was a negative the effect of self concept and obedience behavior to the work stress police in Polres X. The results of the research to answer the first hypothesis is showing that self concept was a negative effect to the work stress as much as 0,514 with a significance value p=0,000. This explains that there is an influence from the self-concept as much as 51,4%. The results of the research to answer the second hypothesis is showing obedience behavior was a negative effect to the work stress as much as 0,723 with a significance value p=0,000. This explains that there is an influence from obedience behavior as much as 72,3%. The results of the research to answer the third hypothesis is showing self concept and obedience behavior was a negative effect to work stress as much as 0,735 with a significance value p=0,000. This explains that there is an influence from self-concept and obedience behavior as much as 73,5%. The result of the descriptive analysis is showing that 63% have work stres low, 65% have self concept positive, 69% have obedience behavior high. Therefore, police at Polres X are expected to maintain a positive self concept and a high level of obedience behavior so as to reduce work stress.
