Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh interactive speed, web skill, challenge, perceived control, telepresence, perceived usefulness, ease of use terhadap loyalty melalui flow. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah menambah khasanah ilmu pengetahuan di bidang manajemen khususnya seberapa besar pengaruh flow sehingga meningkatkan loyalty yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan transaksi berkelanjutan dari pengguna Traveloka di Surabaya
