dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh perceived sacrifice dan service quality terhadap behavioral intention melalui satisfaction dan perceived value. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna Suroboyo bus berusia 18-60 tahun baik pria maupun wanita, berdomisili di Surabaya, pernah menggunakan transportasi Suroboyo Bus minimal dalam kurun waktu dua kali dalam enam bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan 170 responden dan SPSS 22.0 untuk mengolah data / This study aims to determine how the effect of perceived sacrifice and service quality on behavioral intention through satisfaction and perceived value.
