Recently the term 'new normal' has become very popular in Indonesia. The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) has published a complete guide to the implementation of the new normal. Article 18B paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution stipulates that the State recognizes and respects indigenous peoples and their traditional rights. The Bali Regional Government is actively conducting contact tracing for positive Covid-19 patients through indigenous villages, because there is a system of indigenous villages and religious leaders who can be collaborated with. The role of indigenous villages is huge because in Bali the RT / RW system is not used but the banjar. This makes fellow residents know what is happening around him. Rapid specimen examination is the key to detection of Covid-19 cases in Bali, so they can be handled quickly. The success of Bali in warding off Covid-19 has made Bali ready to enter a new normal life, starting from indigenous villages to the Bali Regional Government. The resilience of the Bali Region can be imitated by other regions in Indonesia, so that the resilience that starts from indigenous villages can become the foundation of state resilience in the new normal era.en_US
