| dc.description.abstract | Perlindungan Hukum yang diberikan kepada anak merupakan hak asasi anak, karena anak mempunyai hak untuk memperoleh suatu perlindungan dari keluarga, masyarakat maupun pemerintah. Oleh karena itu hak dan tanggungjawab orang tua wajib untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap anak agar anak dapat berkembang tanpa adanya gangguan yang mengancam masa depannya. Skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian metode normatif dan pendekatan statue approach, doctrinal approach, dan case approach. Anak menjadi korban kekerasan seksual seperti dalam kasus seorang anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan oleh ayah kandungnya hal ini jelas melanggar hak anak yaitu bertentangan dengan pasal 76D UUPA dan pasal 58 UU HAM tentang perlindungan anak yang menjadi korban kekerasaan seksual. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UU HAM memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang menjadi korban kejahatan seksual / Legal protection given to children is a child's human right, because children have the right to obtain protection from the family, as well as the government. Therefore, the rights and obligations of parents are obliged to provide protection for children so that they can develop without any disturbances that threaten the maintenance period. This thesis uses a normative research method and a sculpture approach, a doctrinal approach, and a case approach. Children who are victims of sexual violence, such as in the case of a child being a victim of sexual violence by their biological father, this clearly violates the rights of the child, which is contrary to Article 76D of the UUPA and Article 58 of the Human Rights Law concerning the protection of children becoming victims of sexual violence.
