PENGARUH PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP SINISME KARYWAN TERHADAP PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI YANG DIMODERASI OLEH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN PENGATURAN KERJA
Abstract
Employee cynicism and organizational change are two phenomena are interrelated and important in organizational behavior literature that organizational change is considered as one of the main causes of employee cynicism. Companies need to combine variables of transformational leadership and work for more specific settings to understand and explain the phenomenon of organizational change and employee cynicism toward change. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work design applied by the company in employee cynicism towards organizational changes experienced by the company.
This research method is quantitative. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews. Population and sample used in this study were employees of PT KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya some 120 people. Hypothesis testing is done by a simple linear regression analysis through t test and moderation at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05).
Based on the survey results revealed that partially affect the significance of Organizational Change in Employee Cynicism PT KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya. While moderating variable test, Transformational Leadership and Work Design weaken the influence of Organizational Changes to Employee Cynicism PT KAI DAOP 8 Surabaya.
