dc.description.abstractThis study research is about the legal pluralism in Indonesia on adult age limit in making the agreement. This study research uses the research methodology which is a normative juridical literature research. There are differences regarding adult age limit, according to the Statute Book of Civil Law (Burgerlijk Wetboek) and the Statute Number 30 Year 2004 concerning Notary. Adult age limit according to the Statute Book of Civil Law is 21 (twenty one) years old, while the adult age limit according to the Statute Number 30 Year 2004 concerning Notary Position is 18 (eighteen) years old. This is supposed to be confirmed by the government that the appropriate adult age limit applied to make the agreement is related to the age of 18 (eighteen) years old, according to the principles law that adopted by the State of Indonesia which is related with the statute in Indonesia.en_US
