PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PADA PT. SENGON MURI ENDE MENGGUNAKAN METODE PIECES

Abstract

Total demand for high Falcata into a business area for people who are interested in the world of timber especially Falcata to invest in the business Flacata tree plantations. Accounting information systems (AIS) very important role in the company and therefore the study was conducted to analyze the AIS of one company that is engaged in timber plantations sengon namely PT. Sengon Muri Ende (PT. SME). This study uses a qualitative case study. Analysis and design of AIS at PT. SME performed using analytical methods PIECES. Based on the results of analysis that AIS at PT. SME is still less than perfect with a number of weaknesses that led to losses in the company. The biggest weakness is in terms of control. Lack of control of PT. SME affected in company’s performance. Recommendation is to improve internal control in companies such as reducing geminating duties and tighten authorization.
