dc.description.abstractEmployee is primary asset for company and organizations, because they will realize organization vision, mission and strategy to aim certain purpose. Organizations should create good strategy and method in order to make all employee work effectively, efficiently, and economically. CV. EMP, a small enterprise with business in carved ceramic, has implemented Human Resources (HR) planning well. But unfortunately, this system was not working well for contract employee. So, audit for human resources planning should be done. The purposes of this research are for (1) to help organizations implement Human Resources auditing procedure, (2) to help the employee and organizations, especially Human Resources division to understand the Human Resources auditing evaluations. This research was made and done where all information were gathered from interview, observations, and documentation. This research showed that Human Resources auditing help all employee to understand their deficiencies, so they could fix it later.en_US
