Abstract

Business development in the world faster and faster , especially supported by information technology internet . Goods and services sold online in the cyber world . Business runs twenty- four hours across jurisdictions across the country . Payment is also done online in the cyber world as through credit cards and also one of the methods of payment in cyber space that is currently in demand is through the management company joint account with an escrow service system This study aims to determine the conditions - conditions that must be met legality management company joint account with an escrow service system in electronic transactions and legal protections for consumers ( sellers and buyers ) who use the services of a joint account with an escrow service system in electronic transactions . The method used is a normative juridical namely the search for a settlement of the problem by researching and reviewing the positive legal norms to do library research . These results indicate that the terms - terms of legality company joint accounts comply with the provisions applicable to companies both in the form of CV or PT and legal protection for consumers in the law information and electronic transaction, civil law, consumer protection laws.
