ANALISA PENGARUH KINERJA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

The main ratio of company is to maximize stake holder's wealth. This can be achieved by maximizing the value of company and company performance to be good. For investor, the purpose of investment is to get maximum return so the investors need to have the financial information and the ability to analyze of financial performance. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of the company's financial performance to the firm value. Sampling Method performed with purposive sampling and total sample was 15 companies of packaging manufacture whose share listed on the BEI, perod 2009-2013. The analytical methods are using multiple linier regression with classical assumption and hypothesis testing and also processed by Eview's program. This research uses the secondary data from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and Annual Report. The result of this research show that (1) ROE and Sales Growth had negative and significant influence to PER, (2) DR had positive and significant influence of PER (3) only LnCR had Negative and Not Sigificant influence to PER.
