PERAN MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI : Studi Kasus pada Pekerja Sosial Wahana Visi Indonesia di Surabaya
Abstract
Indonesia’s population growth highly increase, however it doesn’t balance with the
quality of human resources. The issues happen in the society and need serious
breakthrough from government, nevertheless the government hasn’t capable in
handling all the issues. Wahana Visi Indonesia present in Indonesia to help the
government handling issues in the society. The impact of LSM in the society reminds
that workers of WVI should have organizational commitment. The research used
quantitative method and the data collected using questionnaries. The variable is
measured by motivation scale, corporate cultures scale, and organizational
commitment scale. The data is analyzed using simple and multiple regression testing.
The respondent is 41 workers of Wahana Visi Indonesia in Surabaya. Result of this
research shows that there are significant influence of working motivation toward
organizational commitment is 10.3%, while corporate cultures also have significant
influence toward organizational commitment is 21.3%. The influence of working
motivation and corporate cultures simultaneously towards organizational
commitment is 19.2%. It is suggested that WVI in Surabaya needs to improve
working motivation and establish the corporate cultures through daily activities such
as morning devotion.
