ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PERFORMANCE PRISM DAN OMAX DI PT NAGAMAS
Abstract
Business competition that growth rapidly requires company to improve and enhance its performance, as it is the overall of organizational outcome in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. PT Nagamas is one of a company engaged in the field consumer-goods, especially egg noodles. Research objectives are identify PT Nagamas company performance using Performance Prism and OMAX and giving company improvement performance. The data were collected using interview method that is relevant to in the company and documentation obtained directly from the company. The interview was conducted to obtain information about the stakeholders and indicators that will be identified in the KPI PT Nagamas. Design of performance measurement result on PT Nagamas to the Performance Prism includes 19 KPI : 5 KPIs in Investor’s perspective, 5 KPIs in Customer’s perspective, 3 KPIs in Employee’s perspective, 4 KPIs in Supplier’s perspective, and 2 KPIs in Regulator’s perspective. From the calculation of performance measurement by using Objective Matrix obtained by the company’s performance value 8,367364.
