| dc.description.abstract | Transparency and accountability principal to financial information being so important for society in appraise government’s work. There are tendency that the careless of government in financial information principal causing different perception of society about government’s work. The purpose of this research is analyzing the society perception to the transparency and accountability financial information of the government, and also analyzing what kind of transparency and accountability that the society wants. The method that will be use in this research is descriptive analyze method. Based on any research we know that the financial information’s transparency and accountability principal in Kupang city is not optimal yet. This thing makes minus things and we just can see that from all the media uses for giving the financial information. Societies are careless about these things from the planning stage until managing stage. Difficulties in getting financial information and misappropriates of the time makes society difficult in giving suggestion and comment to all the financial information. The recommendation is government can use strategic places in giving that financial information. Billboard , announcement board, internet, newspaper, radio, local tv in every district can be used as the media just if we pay attention in the appropriate time. It will make government pay attention into the suggestion or comment of society. Government can make seminar in purpose to build good interaction with society, so all the complains can be collected to government to take decision. | en_US |
