dc.description.abstractSupporters Persebaya aggression verbally and nonverbally. Persebaya supporters of aggressive behavior is caused by several factors such as self esteem and collectivity. The purpose of this study is to determine how much the relationship with self-esteem and collective aggression Persebaya supporters. This study used a questionnaire with four psychological scales made by researchers, is aggression using the Buss theory (in Hudaniah, 2009), self-esteem by using the theory Felker (2002), using the theory of collectivity and Jackson, Colquitt, Wesson, dan Phelan (2006). Subjects in this study consisted of Bonita and Bonek is 100 people who are supporters of Persebaya and spread in some areas in Surabaya. Techniques of data collection used was convenience sampling. Results of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between self-esteem and aggression (r = 0.102, and p> 0.05), whereas no significant association collectivity with aggression (r = -0.283, and p <0.05). Results of this study indicate that there is a negative relationship between collectivities with aggression, so for the fans Persebaya advised to maintain a collectivity into a more positive direction, such as cleaning the football stadium after watching the game.en_US
