Abstract
This research is conducted at PT. Eka Jaya Karunia Abadi Motor Surabaya which aims to examine the effect of psychological climate, intrinsic reward, and extrinsic reward to job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The total number of subjects of this research is 55 employees, which obtained by total population sampling method. The majority of the subjects in this research are the employees in the marketing and sales division with the amount of 58.2%, employees in the administration division with the amount of 25.5%, and employees in the service division with the amount of 16.4%. Regression model exhibits that psychological climate, intrinsic reward, and extrinsic reward contribute effectively of 86.4% toward job satisfaction (R2=0.864), in another hand 13,6% could be explained with other variables such as working motivation and leadership style that are closely effect the job satisfaction. Partially, psychological climate has positive and significant effect toward job satisfaction (t = 3.383; p = 0.001), intrinsic reward has positive and significant toward job satisfaction (t = 4.473; p = 0.000 and extrinsic reward has positive and significant effect toward job satisfaction (t = 2.760; p = 0.008). This result indicates the company needs to implement re-observation toward endorsement, involvement, and compensation given to the employees, especially in service division.
