dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find out how the " Influence of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, desingn features and enjoyment to e-Retention Through e-Satisfaction on Kaskus.co.id consumer " in Surabaya . The samples used in this study is kaskus users in Surabaya, the various male and female sex, age > 17 years, using kaskus more than 5 times in the last month and kaskus user with total 115 respondents. For processing and analysis of data in this study is by using Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) with AMOS 16.0 software as the software to manipulate data. The analysis showed that the perception of convenience, usefulness perceptions, design features and enjoyment users have a positive influence on e-satisfaction, e-satisfaction which also has a positive influence on e-retention . Dissemination of research results through the questionnaire is to provide positive support satisfaction that the variable has a significant positive influence on consumer retention kaskus ,with the size of 0,38 Variable own satisfaction was positively influenced by several variables, namely variables facilities, perception, the perception of use, design features and enjoyment. Variable design feature has the greatest effect on satisfaction with the influence of the size of 0:37, followed by the use of variables influence the perception of the size of 0.25, the variable enjoyment shoppers to influence the size of 0.25, the variable perception of facilities with 0.21 big influence.en_US
