ANALISA FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEINGINAN UNTUK MENGGUNAKAN TABLET SAMSUNG GALAXY DI SURABAYA

Nowadays, technological advances around the world including in Indonesia has been growing rapidly and this development is supported by increased and varied human need for technology. One of the technological developer industry most competitive and rapidly expanding is telecommunications industry. Telecom equipment manufacturers are vying to create a multi-function telecommunications device to provide a convenience in communication that combine with modern multimedia features. One of the companies that show outstanding sales phenomenon in Indonesia in the year of 2012 is the product of Samsung Smartphone. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence intention to adopt the product Smartphone Samsung in Surabaya. Research method was quantitative. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Sample of this study were 17-65 years old, living in Surabaya, and know the standard function about Samsung Galaxy Tab for about 100 respondents. Multiple linear regressions were used for hypothesis testing with F test and t test. Based on these empirical findings also point out that perceived usefulness of the significant positive influence on intention to adopt if appeal with perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, perceived aesthetic. Perceived usefulness brings significant positive influence on intention to adopt.
