dc.description.abstractIn the era of globalization, business competition is more competitive. Company needs to understand how to motivate their employees to work more productively. Motivation is closely related to justice. Employees who are treated fairly will be more motivated to work. This study used distributive justice and procedural justice. Family business which is related to authoritarian leadership, nepotism and paternalistic are the reasons why family business always interest as the object of study. Research method was qualitative. Questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data. Sample of this study were employees of PT Syam Surya Mandiri. Total sample was 379. Multiple linier regression was used for hypothesis testing with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The result shows that distributive justice and procedural justice effect employees motivation of PT Syam Surya Mandiri simultan. Partially, distributive justice and procedural justice were also significant effect employee motivation of PT Syam Surya Mandiri.en_US
