dc.description.abstract | The development of the business competition is very fast and be
competitive, start from automotive business, electronic business, and not the
exception in the world of banking, competition between banks often increasing
from setting up a facility or convenience that customers get. To get a lot of clients
who are the target of any bank in Indonesia, it can be seen from the 7P's, Product,
Price, Promotion, Place, People, Physical Evidence and Process is very useful for
the customers to choose which bank they would choose, and also useful for banks
to achieve their goal is to get as many customers as possible.
Bank Mandiri is one of one very large bank in Indonesia that is a
combination of the four major banks. Bank Mandiri is a Bank (Persero) which
means the state-owned banks. In this study, researcher examined the factors that
influence the decision of a customer of Bank Mandiri in Surabaya and took 120
sample who are customers of the Bank Mandiri so that it can be seen that the
factors that greatly influence the selection of a customer of the bank.
The method of analysis in this study using statistical program SPSS
version 16 and based on the results of hypothesis testing when the P value <0.05
then the Ho is rejected and vice versa if P value> 0.05 then Ho is accepted. | en_US |
