Abstract

The concept of franchising is a great alternative in order to reduce the risk of loss due to corporate policy of the country's political, security stability, high transport costs, customs or culture, and the rule of law is difficult due to the investment pattern of changing people's lives, because each change is not necessarily advantageous to produce something so often happens with anxiety in the community to protect themselves from unwanted effect will these changes. The study was a normative juridical studies, the data required in the form of secondary data or literature data in the form of legal materials.
