dc.description.abstractOrganizational culture is an important aspect of school. A mentoring program constitutes a good way of developing organizational culture within a school. The aim of this study is to see how the influence of a Formal Mentoring Program works for improving teachers' behavior toward the organization's culture in Mawar Sharon Christian School. This research is Quasi Experimental. Data collection has been done by interviews, observations and questionnaires, with data analysis using Paired Sample t-Test. Sampling techniques were performed using the Purposive Sampling Method, and 38 samples were taken . The results of this study show there are significant differences in teachers' behavior toward the Organization's Culture before and after the Formal Mentoring Program. The conclusion of this study aims to explain that Formal Mentoring Programs not only provides efficacy of affective and cognitive terms, but also improves psychomotor aspects.en_US
