PENGEMBANGAN INNOVATIVE SKILL MELALUI KEPEMIMPINAN PERUBAHAN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE DAN COLLABORATION BEHAVIOUR (Action Research: PT PETROJAYA BORAL PLASTERBOARD)
Abstract
The vision and mission of an organization created as a goal to be achieved
in every company in the business and anticipate the behaviour of the global
economy, particularly the increasingly fierce market competition in the world of
construction and material sector business (focus on organizational change). Some
problems in the effectiveness of communication and cooperation organization,
management faced difficulties in changing the mind set and attitude of resistance
to any changes that occur, gradually improved the overall management of the
organization in the development of innovative skills.
The diagnosis of organizational culture on the relationship level factors
and Language Education conducted a socio-cultural approach through an
ethnographic study. Changes in the structure and culture of the organization to
achieve corporate objectives have been done through leading changes in
organizational culture and collaboration behaviour. Method of Action Research
was also conducted on selected agents of change by involving informants who
have been determined. The results obtained, 53 % of employees were classified as
level IQ level as a World-class leaders iQ leaders and 47 % of employees are iQ
Strong leaders, with the average value of " 49 " .
Based on these results, these organizations can be classified in a high -
level leader iQ is categorized as a master of innovation. The organization also has
a tendency organizational leadership models that lead to transformational
leadership that focuses on the ability of education or intellectual stimulation and
the role of language in communication are open. The attitude of resistance can
also be investigated through the behaviour and properties of exemplary
collaboration role model organization in conjunction with the development of
innovative skills.
