who returned the questionnaires, only 100 questionnaires that can be used as
research data for 2 questionnaires are not filled out completely. The analysis
technique used in this study is the technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM)
with the IBM software AMOS 21.0.
The results of this study indicate that there are causal relationships between
the exogenous and endogenous variables. The developed model has met the criteria
of Goodness of Fit consists of chi square = (780.559); Probability = (0.058); CMIN /
DF = (1.084), GFI = (0.756), AGFI = (0.722); TLI = (0.991); CFI = (0.991);
RMSEA = (0.029). The results of hypothesis testing proved that the leadership style,
organizational culture and job satisfaction have positive effects on the performance
of teachers at Sekolah Ciputra. Similarly, leadership styles and organizational
