Several factors can affect the performance of teachers in demonstrating their roles and responsibilities include the school leadership, job satisfaction and organizational culture. On the other hand, job satisfaction is influenced by school leaders who are expected to always pay attention to the feedback from subordinates or teachers. Job satisfaction is also influenced by the culture of the organization. This study tries to examine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction to the teacher’s performance at Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya where job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a total sampling method and data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The total population is 110 teachers who is also a research sample. Of the 110 respondents, there were 102 respondents who returned the questionnaires, only 100 questionnaires that can be used as research data for 2 questionnaires are not filled out completely. The analysis technique used in this study is the technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the IBM software AMOS 21.0. The results of this study indicate that there are causal relationships between the exogenous and endogenous variables. The developed model has met the criteria of Goodness of Fit consists of chi square = (780.559); Probability = (0.058); CMIN / DF = (1.084), GFI = (0.756), AGFI = (0.722); TLI = (0.991); CFI = (0.991); RMSEA = (0.029). The results of hypothesis testing proved that the leadership style, organizational culture and job satisfaction have positive effects on the performance of teachers at Sekolah Ciputra. Similarly, leadership styles and organizational culture have positive influences on job satisfaction of the teachers. There are also indirect effects of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance (through job satisfaction variables). This empirical findings indicate that in order to improve the performance of the teachers, Sekolah Ciputra management needs to pay attention to the factors that affect the performance of teachers, such as leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. Knowing the influences of those relationships, Sekolah Ciputra management has a reference to design strategies to improve teacher performance.en_US
